What will you do as a Quality Control Technician? As part of the Operations Team, the Quality Control Technician is responsible for quality control functions including inventory control and auditing to assure company standards are maintained and product integrity is preserved. The QC Technician conducts product age studies as required by company’s standard operating procedures. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Test syrup and water to ensure they meet KORE requirements. Understand mixing instructions and requirements. Inventory raw materials to prep for production. Evaluate sanitation effectiveness and respond to emerging deficiencies. Set up equipment in preparation for use by manually lifting and moving equipment and/or chemicals and/or concentrates. Assess and rectify problems on all equipment. Read, understand and follow standard operating procedures. Conduct product testing as required by KORE. Oversight of calibration program. Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures and processes. Adhere to good manufacturing practices and safety standards. JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES Ability to operate various equipment. Ability to read and understand Material Safety Data Sheets. Ability to read, write, and keep records.
