Activités d’urgence Appuyer la gestion opérationnelle des activités SO1, incluant les distributions en nature et en cash, le RRM, les réponses en période de soudure et les interventions prolongées, notamment au camp de réfugiés de Sayam Forage. Faciliter la coordination et la gestion des sollicitations du Bureau Pays (CO), y compris l’appui à l’organisation et au suivi des missions de Third Party Monitoring (TPM), désormais trimestrielles. Assurer le suivi et le traitement des factures, ainsi que le suivi des paiements liés aux activités SO1, en coordination avec les unités concernées. Contribuer à la continuité des opérations RRM et renforcer la participation du PAM aux réunions du Groupe Opérationnel RRM. Faciliter le remplissage et la mise à jour des différentes matrices de suivi et outils de reporting. Assurer la saisie et la mise à jour des données dans SCOPE, y compris la réception et la validation des rapports de distribution (IK & Cash) et des rapports d’activités. Activités Résilience Assurer le suivi des sites FFA et identifier ceux prêts à évoluer vers des activités productives et économiques Appuyer les comités communautaires et la planification participative pour la gestion et la pérennisation des sites Faciliter l’engagement des organisations paysannes (RECA) et des activités d’agrégation, stockage et commercialisation (SAMS) Suivre le fonctionnement des actifs, des activités génératrices de revenus et l’implication des communes dans la gestion des sites Contribuer aux activités de prévention des risques (anticipatory action, protection climatique) et remonter les alertes précoces Produire des rapports sur la progression des sites et des ménages vers l’autonomie (production, organisation et intégration économique), et non uniquement sur les activités réalisées RÉSULTATS ATTENDUS Les activités d’urgence et résilience dans la région de Diffa sont mises en œuvre de manière continue, coordonnée et conforme aux procédures du PAM. La présence de qualité du Sous bureau dans les réunions (RRM, CMCoord, groupe de travail, etc.) est assurée. Les autorités régionales, départementales et communales sont bien informées des activités du PAM.
