This role supports the organization by researching and analyzing agency, investor, and proprietary Non-QM requirements, maintaining policy alignment with industry updates, and assisting internal teams—including sales management, processing, underwriting, and closing—with policy interpretation. The specialist ensures that underwriting guidelines and credit policies are clearly understood and consistently implemented across all departments, particularly for complex Non-QM scenarios.
