Key Responsibilities System Maintenance · Perform system maintenance tasks, such as system backups, recovery, and file maintenance to ensure uptime and efficient performance. Software Installation · Acquire, install, and test system software upgrades and computer components. Technical Support · Configure software and resolve technical problems for users. Security Management · Monitor the internet connection for security risks and employ the latest security protocols.
