Responsibilities Partner with Product and Analytics teams to define data strategies, architecture, and technical design for BI and data engineering initiatives. Lead the development and maintenance of scalable data pipelines, ETL processes, and data warehouses to support analytics and reporting needs. Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and project plans; manage day-to-day activities of the data engineering team. Oversee the full data lifecycle, including ingestion, transformation, storage, and visualization, ensuring data integrity and security. Drive adoption of best practices for data modeling, performance tuning, and query optimization across relational and distributed systems. Manage departmental resources, staffing, and build a high-performing team focused on BI and data engineering excellence.
