Ennoble Care is seeking a full-time Patient Care Coordinator to join our team in an office-based setting in downtown Tulsa, Oklahoma. This role is an integral, in-office member of our clinical care team, working alongside fellow Patient Care Coordinators and collaborating with Ennoble Care providers within a family-practice-style model of care. While not patient-facing, the position plays a critical role in supporting patient-centered care coordination, documentation, and communication, helping ensure continuity of care and timely follow-up across care settings.
