About the Role:

What You’ll Do:
Supervise daily clinic operations, including staff scheduling and patient flow.
Support compliance with Ontario healthcare regulations (OHIP, PHIPA).
Assist with administrative tasks like billing, records management, and reporting.
Collaborate with medical staff to improve service efficiency.
Address patient inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
You’re a Great Fit If You Have:
1+ year of experience in healthcare administration, supervision, or assistant management.
Familiarity with medical office workflows (scheduling, EMR systems, etc.).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Admin, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
