As a Senior Manager of Compensation and HR Analytics, you will develop, implement, and manage compensation and HR analytics program strategy and execution for our client, a publicly traded company. You will ensure pay practices are digestible and effective while creating analytics and insights that support our talent strategy. REQUIREMENTS:

• 7+ years of progressively more responsibility managing compensation programs
• Publicly traded, multi-location and hourly workforce experience
• Bachelor’s Degree (CCP Certification a plus)
• Experience with compensation design and analysis, with advanced Excel skills
• Demonstrated strong financial, data analysis, problem solving and storytelling skills
• Experience with relevant compensation, financial and compensation related regulations
• Demonstrated ability to communicate successfully with all management levels
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and multi-project management skills
• Workday or other strong HRIS systems knowledge
• Knowledge of HR processes (e.g., Performance Management, Merit Planning, Goal Setting)
• High degree of initiative, curiosity, very hands on, flexible and customer centric
  Job Type: Full-time
  Pay: $165,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
