Team Leadership Lead and manage the IT team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support. Delegate responsibilities and ensure the team is equipped to meet their objectives. Infrastructure Management Oversee the maintenance and optimization of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and data centers. Responsible for continuous monitoring of IT infrastructure. Ensure scalability and reliability of IT systems. IT asset inventory. Software Maintenance Coordinate software implementation and updates. Enforce software policy and license management. IT Security and Compliance Develop and implement IT security policies and procedures to protect data and systems. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and data protection laws. Budget and Resource Management Develop and manage the IT budget, allocating resources effectively. Procure hardware, software, and services to support IT operations.
