Analyse et gestion des contrats • Analyser les contrats clients et fournisseurs afin d’identifier les points critiques, risques et obligations. • Vérifier la cohérence entre offres commerciales, CGV, conditions spéciales, annexes techniques et engagements opérationnels. • Réaliser des analyses comparatives et formuler des recommandations de conformité. • Suivre les échéances contractuelles : renouvellements, avenants, reconductions, résiliations. • Mettre à jour et administrer la base documentaire contractuelle. B. Support aux équipes commerciales • Assurer un rôle de référent interne sur les aspects contractuels. • Accompagner les commerciaux dans la compréhension et l’application des clauses contractuelles. • Préparer et sécuriser les dossiers avant négociation. • Participer aux réponses aux appels d’offres sur les volets contractuels. • Former régulièrement les équipes commerciales sur les règles contractuelles, CGV et bonnes pratiques. C. Création, rédaction et révision des contrats & accords-cadres • Rédiger ou réviser les contrats, avenants, accords-cadres et conditions particulières. • Participer aux négociations contractuelles avec les comptes stratégiques. • Maintenir les modèles contractuels standards. • Collaborer avec le service juridique et les équipes internes pour sécuriser les engagements. • Préparer les dossiers d’approbation interne avant signature. Coordination interne • Garantir la bonne circulation de l’information contractuelle. • Contribuer à la structuration des processus contractuels. • Mettre en place des outils d’analyse des risques contractuels. • Proposer des axes d’amélioration pour optimiser les processus de gestion des contrats. Qualifications • Bac +3 à Bac +5 en droit, commerce, gestion ou équivalent. • 2 à 5 ans d’expérience en support contractuel, administration des ventes, achats ... • Expérience dans l’industrie appréciée. • Très bonne maitrise de l'anglais. • Rigueur et sens du détail. • Organisation et gestion des priorités. • Esprit analytique et sens de l'adaptation.
