Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeWed11:00 PM - 07:00 AMSat07:00 AM - 03:00 PM What You’ll Do: Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise Responsibilities: Provide customer service to guests and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and by responding appropriately to emergency situations as needed. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the hotel property and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and to observe and report any unusual conditions. Monitor entrances, exits, and other access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and to maintain a visible Allied Universal presence. Document and report security-related incidents, hazards, and maintenance issues according to established procedures. Assist guests and staff with directions and information while maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor during all interactions. Collaborate with hotel staff and Allied Universal team members to support a secure and welcoming environment for all occupants and visitors.
