ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a hands-on Supply Chain & Procurement Specialist to join our growing operations team. You’ll be the link between our suppliers, manufacturing, warehouse, and sales teams, making sure the right products and materials arrive on time, every time. From placing purchase orders to tracking shipments and managing inventory for both Canadian and U.S. markets, this role is about keeping our supply chain moving smoothly.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Create and issue purchase orders for parts, manufacturing materials, and finished products
• Track orders with suppliers, follow up on ETAs, and resolve delays
• Work closely with vendors in North America and overseas (Asia)
• Coordinate with manufacturing on demand planning and material needs
• Monitor inventory levels and trigger reorders to maintain stock targets
• Prepare supply chain reports, including lead times, backorder lists, and shortages
• Assist with import/export documentation, customs clearance, and freight booking for overseas shipments
• Communicate with warehouse teams on incoming goods, lead times, and store/DC deliveries
• Maintain accurate records in Odoo ERP and Excel
