QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field/ equivalent experience.
Proficiency in Primavera P6 scheduling software.
Strong understanding of project management principles and construction workflows.

EXPERIENCE:

3-5 years of relevant construction scheduling experience.
Proven ability to develop and manage baseline schedules for complex projects.
Experience in industrial, mechanical, or commercial construction preferred.
Union experiences are desired

Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules to ensure on-time and on-budget completion.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field teams to provide accurate scheduling data.
Identify potential schedule delays and recommend corrective actions.
Ensure project schedules are realistic, resource-loaded, and regularly updated to reflect actual progress.
Integrate subcontractor schedules into the master schedule and monitor performance.
Participate in project planning meetings and provide schedule-related insights.
Prepare and distribute schedule reports for management and clients.
Support tender submissions by providing preliminary schedules and reviewing bid documentation.
Ensure compliance with contract requirements regarding schedule updates and reporting.
Track critical path activities and identify potential risks to project delivery.
Assist with project closeout by preparing final schedule reports and lessons learned documentation.
