Description Summary As a Project Manager, you will manage impactful projects from planning to delivery. You'll be the engine behind cross-functional initiatives—driving projects from kickoff to completion. You'll work with teams and collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to deliver results—on time and on budget. You’ll map timelines, track milestones, and keep tasks moving. From planning and facilitating project meetings to solving roadblocks, you’ll be the go-to for keeping projects aligned, on track, and successful. In this role, you will: Manage projects from planning through implementation, fostering collaboration across departments. Build detailed project plans with clear tasks, timelines, resources, and dependencies. Organize and run discovery sessions, planning meetings, and stakeholder check-ins. Track milestones and deliverables, providing timely updates and insights to senior leadership. Identify risks early, troubleshoot proactively, and recommend adjustments to scope or timelines as needed. Partner with business leaders to support project intake, risk assessments, vendor evaluations, and success metrics. Evaluate workflows and recommend improvements to boost efficiency and ensure compliance. Own project goals, monitor progress, resources, budgets, and schedules from start to finish.
