WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
You’ll operate and maintain the CMMS platform to schedule, track, and document all maintenance activities and create, assign, close close work orders for preventive, corrective and emergency maintenance.
We’ll need you to ensure asset hierarchies, equipment records, and maintenance plans are kept accurate and up to date within the CMMS and make sure all entries comply with internal quality standards.
You’ll assist with planning and scheduling of maintenance tasks in collaboration with the Management Team and Maintenance Supervisors.
You’ll ensure all documentation is saved within the correct locations within centralised drives and compile and issue reports of scheduled maintenance activities carried out each month.
We’ll need you to attend regular planning meetings to ensure all planned maintenance activities are well planned and delivered.
