JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, exceptional time management skills, and a comprehensive understanding of construction processes. This role requires proficiency in various construction management software and tools, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in construction project management or a related field.
  • Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding of construction schematics.
  • Familiarity with construction estimating techniques and tools.
