Als Project Manager (m/w/d) Parcel an unserem Standort Mönchengladbach steuerst du anspruchsvolle Kundenprojekte von der Planung bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss. Als zentrale Ansprechperson koordinierst du interne Teams, externe Partner und behältst dabei stets Zeit, Qualität und Budget im Blick. Dein Verantwortungsbereich bei uns:

  • Verantwortung für die Gewährleistung des Zeit-, Qualitäts- und Budgetplans innerhalb der zu betreuenden Projekte im Segment Parcel
  • Du agierst als Hauptansprechperson für unsere Kunden und führst und steuerst ein mehrköpfiges Projektteam
  • Selbstständige Erstellung von Projektplänen, inklusive des kontinuierlichen Monitorings über alle Projektphasen hinweg
  • Koordination und Selektion von Sublieferanten und strategischen Partnern
  • Definition und Erhebung von Erfolgskriterien sowie regelmäßiges Reporting über den Fortschritt der einzelnen Projekte

Das zeichnet Dich aus:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes technisches Studium (Logistik, Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik, (Wirtschafts-)Ingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste Praxiserfahrung in der Leitung anspruchsvoller Anlagenprojekte im Umfeld der Intralogistik oder eines ähnlichen Industriezweiges
  • Fundierte Fachkenntnisse im Projektmanagement sowie Souveränität im Umgang mit Kunden, Lieferanten und internen Schnittstellen
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie ausgeprägte internationale Reisebereitschaft
