Voor Superunie werft Career Control een Senior Project Manager.
De Senior Project Manager is verantwoordelijk voor het leiden en coördineren van (complexe) Business projecten binnen Superunie. Jij faciliteert, ondersteunt en begeleidt de organisatie in het realiseren van verbeter– en verandertrajecten en maakt gebruik van de principes van het Lean en Agile werken om structuur aan te brengen en wendbaarheid te creëren.
De afdeling ICT faciliteert de infrastructuur en heeft regie over de ontwikkeling van applicaties en het beheer van informatiesystemen, zodat deze veilig en beschikbaar zijn. Zo ondersteunen we de bedrijfsprocessen en informatievoorziening van Superunie en haar leden.

Zo ben je in deze rol o.a. verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Projectplanning – en uitvoering;
  • Ontwikkel je een integrale projectplanning voor het gehele jaar, waarbij rekening wordt gehouden met de prioriteiten en de impact van verschillende projecten;
  • Stel je voor elk project een gedetailleerd plan op inclusief het vaststellen van projectdoelen, kosten, tijdlijnen, impact, prioriteiten, risico’s en resourceplanning in samenwerking met de project-eigenaar;
  • Zit jij multidisciplinaire projectteams voor, coördineert en waarborg je de effectieve samenwerking tussen teamleden;
  • Identificeer je proactief mogelijke problemen en obstakels, en reageer jij snel om verstoringen in de voortgang van het project te minimaliseren;
  • Je zorgt voor een gedocumenteerde en gestructureerde overdracht van het project naar de operationele teams bij afronding, zodat de continuïteit gewaarborgd is;
  • Houd je nauwgezet toezicht op het projectbudget en zorgt voor kostenbeheersing tijdens de gehele projectcyclus en neemt maatregelen om mogelijke budgetoverschrijdingen te voorkomen of te corrigeren;
  • Rapporteer je regelmatig over de financiële voortgang van projecten en signaleert eventuele afwijkingen van het vastgestelde budget.
