Opis stanowiska Prowadzenie i rozwój zespołu projektowego zajmującego się industrializacją nowych projektów. Planowanie, monitorowanie i realizacja harmonogramów oraz budżetów projektów. Uczestnictwo w wyborze środków produkcji i dostawców we współpracy z zespołem inżynierskim. Przygotowywanie raportów i prezentacji dotyczących postępów dla zarządu i klientów. Współpraca z działem sprzedaży i klientami przy modyfikacjach produktów i procesów. Zatwierdzanie i przekazywanie projektów do produkcji. Wdrażanie działań doskonalących procesy techniczne w duchu Lean i ciągłego usprawniania. Kwalifikacje Wykształcenie wyższe techniczne (mechanika, automatyka, zarządzanie produkcją lub pokrewne). Kilkuletnie doświadczenie na podobnym stanowisku w środowisku przemysłowym. Sukcesy w rozwoju prowadzonych zespołów. Dobra znajomość języka angielskiego (min. B2) Znajomość metodyki zarządzania projektami (mile widziane PMP, PRINCE2 lub Agile). Znajomość narzędzi LEAN. Doświadczenie w zarządzaniu zespołem. Dobra znajomość pakietu MS Office (w szczególności Excel i PowerPoint). Mile widziane doświadczenie w branży medycznej, najlepiej w produkcji regulowanej przez GMP.
