JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects involving the installation, maintenance, and repair of stainless steel kitchen equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of stainless steel fabrication, installation techniques, and maintenance procedures, as well as excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and budgets.Coordinate with clients, architects, designers, and contractors to ensure project requirements are clearly defined and understood.Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues.Implement corrective actions to keep projects on track and within budget.
  • STAINLESS STEEL EQUIPMENT EXPERTISE:Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of a wide range of stainless steel kitchen equipment, including:Commercial refrigerators and freezersOvens, ranges, and cooktopsDishwashers and sanitizing equipmentWorktables, sinks, and shelvingVentilation systems and exhaust hoodsEnsure that all equipment is installed and maintained in accordance with manufacturer specifications and industry standards.Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Vendor and Contractor Management: Source and evaluate potential vendors and contractors.Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships.Ensure that vendors and contractors meet project requirements and quality standards.
  • Quality Assurance and Safety: Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure that all work is performed to the highest standards.Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry best practices.Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address potential safety hazards.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, schedules, budgets, and reports.Prepare regular project status reports for management and clients.Track project costs and ensure accurate billing.
