Management of construction process to effectively meet scope of work, schedule of work and budget dollars. Work Location Onsite Primary Location 5100 Harding Highway Mays Landing, New Jersey 08330 United States Atlantic, Map Additional Locations 5 Collins Drive Carneys Point, New Jersey 08069 United States Salem, Map Primary Duties PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES Responsible for project Construction, ensuring all work is performed to standard, within budget, on schedule, and by assessing risk to minimize adverse conditions affecting projects including challenging man-hour estimates and participating in job walk downs. Serve as a liaison with property owners and customers impacted by construction activities, fostering clear communication and strong relationships. Address customer concerns promptly to maintain positive connections with all EU stakeholders. (30%) Manage the tasks being performed by internal and external construction resources to maximize productivity, safety, quality, diversity, and cost savings. Monitor performance and evaluate capabilities.Participate in detailed peer review of engineering design drawings to proactively resolve constructability issues, engineering design, field barriers and delays to adherence schedules. (30%) Act as primary communicator between Project Management and work groups essential for executing project schedule, control project scope, manage dollars, clearance orders and onsite materials management. Lead job site walk downs, meetings with engineering, construction and contract management personnel. (15%) Monitor project safety and perform weekly safety observations, verify job briefings and safety tailgates. Assist on Root Cause Investigations (RCI), Apparent Case Evaluations (ACE) or operating incident reviews as requested. Review contractor quality assurance and verify compliance through audits, inspections or surveillances. Participate in Condition Reports (CRs) immediately following any incidents on the project, ensuring comprehensive documentation, thorough investigation, and analysis of the circumstances surrounding the incident. Additionally, coach the Construction Management (CM) Staff Augmentation members to help facilitate task completion, safety, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence in project delivery.
