This role includes managing supplier relationships, supporting contract negotiation, and monitoring procurement performance to meet organizational needs. Procurement process management Support the full procurement cycle, from identifying needs and sourcing suppliers to issuing requests for proposals (RFPs) and obtaining quotes; Review and process purchasing requests from multiple departments; Liaise with internal stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure alignment on procurement strategies and timelines; Coordinate supplier onboarding and creation in SAP; Monitor specific payment terms and ensure timely processing of supplier invoices; Provide administrative and technical support to teams, including document management and SAP navigation for internal teams.
