POSITION OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a talented graphic designer who can take concepts and ideas and create visual representations in both print and digital media. The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of current design software and be skilled in every step of the design process, from concept to final deliverable. Collaborating with multiple teams across the organization, you should be able to take written or spoken ideas and translate into content that meets key communication objectives. The successful candidate will be self-motivated and able to function with changing priorities. You will be challenged daily, supported by an enthusiastic team, and recognized for great work.

QUALIFICATIONS - REQUIRED

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• 3+ years of experience in graphic design. Agency experience is a strong plus.
• Strong competency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly in Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop. Comfort working in Windows/Microsoft based devices/platforms.
• Ability to effectively collaborate with multiple, cross-functional team members.
• Project management skills to prioritize and deliver projects on time and on budget.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills.
• Shared sense of purpose and commitment to team success.

• Produce impactful graphics for brochures, sales collateral, packaging, digital, and print content that help drive growth through product, industry, and market focused initiatives.
• Work with creative team lead and business partners to define work scope and outline criteria for success.
• Manage projects from concept to final delivery while balancing a robust workload.
• Provide design support for other initiatives such as events, trade shows, social posts, etc. as needed.
• Effectively manage tasks, timelines, and projects to ensure customer needs and expectations are met or exceeded.
• Maintain consistent file descriptions and storage including asset libraries.
• Maintain brand standards on all deliverables.
