Requirements 2 years of proven experience leading a crew 2+ years of professional concrete experience Must live within a 2-hour drive of CAT Scale headquarters in Walcott, Iowa. Ability to travel up to 75% of the time, or 2-3 weeks at a time, throughout the United States Must have excellent customer service skills Ability to effectively communicate, lead, motivate, and work with all types of people Responsible for the protection and maintenance of physical equipment and company assets Able to work successfully under limited supervision Must be accountable for your actions, be detail-oriented, and take initiative to complete projects Ability to lift and move 50-75 pounds regularly Must be able to stand, kneel, and bend over for long periods Work outside during all types of weather.
