* Seguimiento y análisis de la documentación para obtener la formalización de las reclamaciones asignadas. * Ingresar la información de los siniestros en los aplicativos correspondientes a cada cuenta. * Asignar casos a las distintas firmas, analizar informes y proceder de conformidad (objeción, indemnización y desistimiento). * Realiza investigaciones de reclamaciones entrevistando a reclamantes y testigos, obteniendo informes y comparando la información de las reclamaciones con las pruebas. * Establece reserva para las pérdidas. * Control de siniestros, mantiene la carga y el SLA de los casos * Dar respuesta a los requerimientos, prepara informes recopilando y resumiendo la información requerida por el cliente. * Analizar informes técnicos para la sustentación de la cobertura del siniestro. * Resuelve reclamos determinando la responsabilidad de la compañía de seguros, las instrucciones del cliente y los niveles de autoridad requeridos. * Presenta pruebas en procedimientos de entes de control, producir informes y otros documentos como prueba. * Garantizar el seguimiento de los salvamentos. * Realizar y dar trámite a las tareas que el jefe inmediato asigne. * Guardar absoluta reserva y confidencialidad de los asuntos que lleguen a su conocimiento por razón del cargo. * Garantizar la veracidad de los datos personales y velar por la custodia de la información recibida por parte de los asegurados, clientes y usuarios. * Garantizar los seguimientos según los acuerdos operativos, asegurándose de registrar todas las actividades en el expediente. Educación Profesional en derecho, ingeniería civil, arquitectura o carreras afines   Conocimientos Nivel de inglés intermedio o avanzado se considera un plus Excel IntermedioConocimiento básico en SegurosServicio al cliente   Experiencia en años y áreas 1  año en el sector asegurador en los procesos de análisis y  liquidación de siniestros Casualty/Liability, y elaboración de informes.   Modalidad de trabajo Híbrido
