Job Description Position Summary The Front Desk Agent welcomes and registers guests, as well as presents statements and collects payments for departing guests. They also communicate with housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services to fulfill guest requests. This ideal candidate is attentive, proactive, and dedicated to enhancing the overall guest experience. This position reports to the Front Office Manager.
