Job Description Position Summary The Food & Beverage Manager oversees daily operations of all food and beverage services, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, quality standards, and operational efficiency. This role involves managing budgets, supervising staff, and collaborating with teams to develop menus, drive revenue, and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations. This position reports to the Hotel Manager. The salary range for this position is $70,000-$81,500. Actual pay will be dependent on budget and experience; all salaried roles are eligible for bonus.
