This leader will ensure that high-quality information assets fuel global go-to-market success, while embedding predictive models and actionable insights into daily operations. \n Key Responsibilities Insights & Business Impact Translate segmentation into structured, actionable datasets that enable smarter targeting and improved conversion rates. Partner with Product and Analytics teams to operationalize predictive and propensity models. Deliver insights that directly improve lead prioritization, sales productivity, etc. Stakeholder Collaboration Act as the single point of accountability for information delivery outcomes. Anticipate risks, troubleshoot delivery challenges, and maintain strong cross-functional relationships. People Leadership Set clear KPIs, oversee performance management, and implement training and development programs. Build a high-performance culture of accountability, continuous learning, and innovation. Operational Excellence Uphold rigorous quality standards in information enrichment, accuracy, and deduplication. Drive automation and workflow optimization initiatives to improve efficiency and scalability. Strategic Operations & Innovation Design and evolve the information operations framework, including process architecture and resource planning. Establish and maintain a centralized library of templates and taxonomies to promote consistency and reuse. Continuously improve systems and practices to support long-term growth and scalability.
