SUMMARY:

The Senior Accountant is responsible for day-to-day bookkeeping, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, collections, reconciliations, and record keeping. This role ensures the accurate and timely reporting of all financial transactions, identifies and resolves discrepancies, and performs regular account reconciliations. Additionally, the Senior Accountant will collaborate closely with the Senior Vice President of Finance to ensure compliance with all accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and tax-related matters.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• An associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required;
• Minimum of two years of progressive experience in accounting, including bookkeeping and financial reporting (experience in a business setting preferred);
• Experience with Sage Intacct preferred;
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel;
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks;
• Demonstrated team player with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
