SALARY: £24,191 P.A PRO RATA. PART-TIME (8 HOURS PER WEEK). TERM TIME ONLY. PERMANENT. BASED AT LONDON ROAD CAMPUS.

This role is a pivotal part of the front-of-house team. You’ll be dealing with student queries via the phone, email and face-to-face, greeting visitors and evening course students, and offering ad hoc admin support.
You will have relevant experience of working on a busy reception or in a customer-facing role. You don’t have to have worked in education previously, but some similar experience would be beneficial. This role is for two evenings a week as follows:
Wednesday and Thursday: London Road Campus - 3.30pm until 7.30pm.
