Duties
- Provide administrative support to the office team, including but not limited to managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with payroll processing and maintain employee records
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate office maintenance activities
- Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
- Assist with training development and coordination of employee onboarding
- Supervise and provide guidance to clerical staff as needed
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably as an office administrator or similar position
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of phone systems and ability to handle multiple phone lines
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in payroll processing is a plus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
