Aufgaben & Tätigkeiten

  • Übernahme des gesamten Recruiting-Prozesses (Vorselektion, Kontaktaufnahme, Terminierungen, Gesprächsführung) mit dem internen Bewerbermanagementsystem
  • Mitwirkung bei der Strategieentwicklung einer Social-Media-Recruiting Kampagne
  • Organisation und Durchführung aller administrativen Personalaufgaben (z.B. Erstellung von Arbeitsverträgen nach Vorlage, Anfertigung von Zeugnissen, Ablage und Dokumentationen, On- und Offboarding-Prozessen etc.)
  • Personalbedarfsermittlung in Zusammenarbeit mit Abteilungsleitungen
  • Erstellung und Führung von Personalakten
  • Pflege und Nutzung des Zeiterfassungssystems
  • Erfüllung projektbezogener Aufgaben (Dokumentation, Tabellen, Vordrucke, etc.)
  • Sicherstellung einer ordnungsgemäßen Ablage, Informationsverwaltung und Wiedervorlage
  • Qualitätssicherung und Strukturaufbau
  • Qualifizierte und wirksame Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung und aller Leitungskräfte in der Wahrnehmung ihrer Aufgaben
  • Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Personalgesprächen / Feedbackgesprächen

Was Sie mitbringen sollten

  • Ein zugewandter und freundlicher Umgang mit Kolleg*innen und Vorgesetzen
  • gute Kontakt- & Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Offenheit und Flexibilität
  • abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung (z.B. Kaufmann/-frau für Büromanagement) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • oder abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Personalmanagement, Wirtschaftspsychologie mit Schwerpunkt Personalmanagement etc.
  • 1-2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Tätigkeit
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Social-Media (-Recruiting)
