Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements, workflows, and success metrics• Analyze operational, customer, and product data for trends and opportunities• Build recurring reports, dashboards, and concise decision-support materials• Translate stakeholder questions into structured analyses• Identify process gaps and recommend practical improvements• Validate data quality and investigate unexpected results• Track project outcomes and communicate findings to technical and business teamsQualification

Required

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Economics, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field• Strong analytical reasoning and attention to detail• Proficiency with spreadsheets and comfort working with structured data• Clear written, verbal, and presentation skills• Ability to organize priorities and collaborate in a remote environment

Preferred

• Familiarity with SQL, BI tools, or data-visualization software• Experience documenting requirements or mapping business processes• Exposure to product analytics, operations, consulting, or technology• Previous internship, academic project, or business-analysis experience
