VP, Product About the Position: As the VP of Product, you will serve as a pivotal leader shaping the overarching strategy, vision, and direction of the product organization. You will lead the entire Product Management organization, guiding Directors and their teams to success. Reporting directly to the VP or Product and Engineering, you will act as a key contributor to the Executive Leadership Team and provide critical insights that influence organizational strategy and decision-making. On a daily basis, you will engage with cross-functional executives, senior stakeholders, and key customers, balancing abstract ideas with practical solutions that drive long-term success. You’ll lead and coach the Product leadership team, which consists of 1 Director of Product, Group Product Manager, and Lead Project Manager 3 Product Directors. You’ll regularly attend extended P&T Staff meetings, and interact frequently with Engineering Managers, C-suite executives, GTM leadership and key customer accounts. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership: Define and communicate the multi-year product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with company-wide goals and market opportunities. Oversee the development of roadmaps and frameworks that prioritize innovation, growth, and profitability across all product lines. Partner with executive leadership to influence policy-making and steer long-term corporate strategy. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build strong relationships with engineering, design, marketing, and sales leadership to ensure cohesive product development and go-to-market execution. Act as the primary voice of the customer, advocating for solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and drive business outcomes. Represent the company’s product strategy to key customers, partners, and industry analysts. Organizational Leadership: Lead and mentor a team consisting of a Director, Group Product Manager, and Lead Product Manager, fostering a high-performance, inclusive culture across the Product Management organization.
