Description du poste Ce à quoi ressembleront tes semaines Déterminer les moyens techniques et conceptuels les plus appropriés pour atteindre la vision du projet en respectant les contraintes de production; Organiser et animer des rencontres régulières avec son équipe pour suivre l’avancement, anticiper les risques et valider le respect des échéanciers; Suivre l’évolution des livrables et s’assurer que les standards de qualité, de cohérence, de jouabilité et d’échéancier sont respectés; Participer activement à la conception et à la réalisation du jeu vidéo en collaboration avec l’équipe multidisciplinaire; Collaborer avec son Directeur de la conception (core team) pour assurer un alignement avec les standards de l’entreprise; Mobiliser, encadrer et soutenir son équipe directe en assurant leur coaching à travers le feedback en continu; Développer une relation de confiance avec le partenaire et agir comme principal point de contact; Développer et partager les bonnes pratiques de conception avec les autres leads et son gestionnaire; Participer à l’amélioration des processus de design pour optimiser l'efficacité et la créativité. Qualifications Ce que nous recherchons Baccalauréat en conception de jeu vidéo ou autre diplôme connexe à l'emploi jumelé à une expérience jugée équivalente; Un minimum de cinq (5) ans d’expérience en conception de jeu; Expérience en en leadership d'équipe; Maîtrise du moteur de jeu Unreal; Bonne expérience sur mobile; Expérience sur un jeu third person shooter, un atout; Habileté à voyager à l’extérieur du pays au besoin. Excellente maîtrise de la langue française et anglaise (écrit et oral). Des habiletés en anglais sont requises pour la réalisation du travail comme nous collaborons avec des partenaires anglophones.
