Role Overview As a Bookkeeper, you will handle day-to-day accounting and finance administration, ensuring accurate records for revenue, expenses, payables/receivables, and basic reporting. You will support smooth invoicing and collections across projects and service jobs. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate full set / partial set bookkeeping (depending on company setup), including daily entries and reconciliations. Handle Accounts Payable (AP): supplier invoices, payment preparation, filing, tracking due dates. Handle Accounts Receivable (AR): invoicing to clients, receipts tracking, basic follow-up for outstanding payments. Perform bank reconciliations and maintain cashflow tracking. Support payroll admin (basic) and staff claims (if applicable).
