Physical Therapist Director Job Overview An outpatient physical therapy office in Clear Brook, VA is hiring a Physical Therapist Director for a full-time leadership position. The schedule is Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM, with annual compensation ranging from $90,000-$120,000. This role is a strong fit for a Physical Therapist who can balance direct treatment with team oversight. You will help patients work through recovery plans while also supporting documentation, staff communication, clinic standards, and day-to-day operations.
