JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in general ledger accounting or external audit
• Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., NetSuite preferred)
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards (e.g., IFRS) and regulatory compliance
• Meticulous attention to detail, with strong time management and organizational skills
• Proactive, collaborative team player with excellent communication skills
• Prior experience in external audit (2–4 years) will be an added advantage

• Manage and execute month-end closing activities, reconciliations, and ensure accurate and timely reporting
• Ensure financial data complies with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements
• Maintain proper recordkeeping and gather supporting documentation for audits and reporting
• Prepare and manage fixed asset entries and related reconciliations
• Reconcile intercompany balances and transactions across the group
• Prepare quarterly GST submissions and assist with yearly income tax computations
• Liaise with external tax agents and auditors, and prepare audit schedules and statutory accounts
• Address IFRS116-related queries from auditors and the UK finance team
• Participate in finance-related projects and continuous improvement initiatives
• Support ad-hoc finance and accounting tasks as required
