About the Role We are seeking an NPI Engineer to bridge product development and manufacturing, and driving new sports-technology products from conception through launch. You will serve as the primary interface across embedded, hardware, firmware, algorithms, software, suppliers, and factory operations - delivering products that are technically sound, manufacturable at scale, on budget, and on schedule. What you Will Do Partner with the Product Owner to shape product roadmaps and translate decisions into clear engineering and manufacturing deliverables. Communicate progress, risks, and key technical decisions to stakeholders across functions Work with Architecture and hardware teams to select components that meet manufacturability, cost, availability, and long-term supply requirements.
