Job Description Key Responsibilities Responsible for planning, scheduling, and managing materials for production to ensure timely availability and prevent shortages or overstocking. Core duties include: Monitoring production schedules and inventory levels to align material supply with demand. Coordinating with suppliers and procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and components. Forecasting future material requirements based on production plans and customer demand. Maintaining accurate records in ERP or material management systems such as SAP. Performing data analysis to identify potential shortages, optimize inventory, and improve supply chain efficiency. Collaborating with production, logistics, and quality assurance teams to ensure smooth operations. Managing inter-warehouse transfers and validating inventory accuracy. Negotiating with suppliers and monitoring costs to maintain budget efficiency. Experience: 4+ years in material planning, inventory management, procurement, or related roles.
