We are currently seeking to recruit a dedicated Charge Nurse within Ward 32.
Ward 32 is a busy, 23 bedded Acute Medical Ward specialising in Endocrinology, Diabetes and Acute General Medicine.
Applicants should have relevant experience in a Charge Nurse Role within an acute general medicine capacity. You should have experience in complaints handling, safe staffing legislation and workforce planning. Have been involved in new and continuous quality improvement projects and be able to demonstrate strong leadership and the ability to work well under pressure in a busy, acute clinical setting.
The successful candidate will have exceptional communication skills and be able to confidently work and liaise with other Professionals.
You will be required to work a combination of 11.5 hour day shifts and night shifts.
