Robert Half is looking for Production Supervisor with 2+ years of leadership experience in the food or beverage industry. You will be responsible for leading the 3rd shift team but hours are flexible and will be discussed with upper management. Executes production goals by effectively scheduling staff, setting priorities, tracking progress, adjusting plans as needed, and reporting shift outcomes.
Delivers production insights by gathering and analyzing performance data, responding to inquiries, and providing accurate reporting.
Enhances operational efficiency by evaluating current procedures and systems, identifying improvement opportunities, and driving implementation of changes.
Promotes a safe, clean, and compliant work environment by training staff on equipment and protocols and ensuring adherence to company standards.
Demonstrates reliability through consistent attendance and punctuality.
Collaborates effectively with team members and other departments.
Adheres to all company policies and procedures.
