Manage the timely and effective resolution of customer feedback. Oversee performance and provide improvement plans for incoming raw materials and piece parts Inspection, assembly, and test outgoing inspection, line claims, and RMAs. Provide immediate quarantine and accurate disposition of non-conforming materials and products. Review the accuracy of suppliers’ SCAR report and effectiveness monitoring. Maintain quality documentation, including procedures and work instructions. Analyze quality data and prepare quality report. Support customer and internal manufacturing audits. Willing to work in a flexible environment. Requirements/Qualifications: Educational Requirements: At least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
