Develop briefing, narrative, and analysis products based on Government Program Manager direction to support unique higher headquarters capability needs where no prior template exists and little to no higher headquarters guidance is available. Bachelor's degree in operations research, engineering, physics, mathematics, computer science, or statistics, with 16 years relevant experience (operations research, analysis and evaluating complex military scenarios) Comprehensive understanding of the organizational mission and interfaces with intelligence, Major Commands, Air Staff, DoD laboratories, and support agencies The ability to develop and give effective oral presentations and to effectively communicate in writing Master's degree in operations research, engineering, physics, mathematics, computer science, or statistics, with 8 years relevant experience (operations research, analysis and evaluating complex military scenarios) Operational experience in USAF/USN/USMC aviation fighter, bomber, attack, special operations, or weapons platforms.
