This individual will run the Product Group P&L as a “mini” general manager. Main Responsibilities * Re-balance the assigned Product Group portfolio toward less customized for the specific OEM and focus on technologically differentiated and higher growth markets aligned with the company strategy. * Understand macroeconomic, market trends, competition, and disruptor technologies which will impact the business growth. * Build out product roadmaps to align with strategy, key markets and create differentiation in the target applications. * Translate Product Group strategy and roadmaps into tactical plans and drive execution to achieve business objectives including revenue, profit and secured future pipeline. * Drive the Product Management team to develop strong relationships with key accounts and align with other product groups to create cross selling synergies. * Assist in the optimization of the manufacturing footprint for the assigned Product Group. * Identify gaps in the organization structure and core competencies and build up plans to bridge the gaps. * Embrace growth mindset to mentor, lead, guide and direct talent of the global team Product Management team.   Qualifications * Minimum 10 years’ experience combining several experiences in Engineering, Product Management, Business Development and at least 5 years as a Team Leader * Proven commercial and leadership track record to drive global growth, including sales, marketing and technical teams * Experience leading global cross functional teams in a functional organization; demonstrated success in creating a global strategy and driving implementation * Clear, strategic thinker with vision and the ability to execute on priorities * Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to build credible relationships with multiple functions   Nice to Have * Preference for advanced degree (MS, MBA) Education * Minimum of 4 year technical or business degree required.
