Vous interviendez en tant que relais terrain du Market Development Manager auprès des usagers, des partenaires locaux, des collectivités et des équipes opérationnelles, afin de soutenir le développement du marché et la qualité du service. Vos responsabilités seront les suivantes: Développement local et partenariats Identifier, développer et entretenir un réseau de partenaires locaux. Participer à la mise en place et à l'animation des partenariats stratégiques. Assurer le suivi des actions menées avec les partenaires et en mesurer l’impact. Identifier des opportunités de développement du service sur le territoire. Développement de partenariats B2B. Animer la « Maison Voi » et en faire un lieu de référence local en assurant une présence régulière, l'accueil des partenaires et parties prenantes, ainsi que l'organisation d'événements et d'actions de visibilité. Représentation terrain et sensibilisation Organiser et animer des stands d'information et de promotion. Participer à des actions de prévention et de sensibilisation à la sécurité routière. Représenter l'entreprise lors d'événements locaux. Recueillir les retours des usagers et des parties prenantes locales. Analyse marché et veille terrain Réaliser des audits terrain du service.
