SAIC is seeking a Systems Integration Analyst for the United States Coast Guard (USCG) Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) major systems. This program will be part of a transformative venture, driving the future of next generation ice-breakers and enhancing the Navy and Coast Guard's polar mission effectiveness in response to evolving strategic and environmental demands. Duties: Perform Systems Systems Integration support for stage 4 and 5 test procedures development and test execution project for USCG Polar Security Cutter C5ISR systems. Plan and delivery of high-quality IT Systems Integration deliverables including contract CDRLS in support of program requirements. Develop, update, report and maintain on complex project data sets including stage 4 and 5 test procedures for C5ISR systems. Propose solutions to a variety of technical problems of moderate scope and complexity where analysis of situations or data requires a review of the variety of factors. Assists with and leads development of integration, migration plans/schedules Assess engineering change proposals and document risks and impacts to project milestones and deliverables. Collaborates across all functions within project. Adhere to change control processes. Support the proactive identification and mitigation of risks . Communicate assigned Systems Engineering plans and status, and escalate issues as required.
