The Role Anglicare are currently seeking a Workforce Operations Lead to lead the development and implementation of rostering best practices and drive the ongoing establishment of a centralised, standardised approach to Rostering, Time and Attendance (RTA), operational and labour planning across the organisation. This role will be split across our office in Eight Mile Plains and our Head Office in Fortitude Valley.
