About the role….
As the Rip Curl Product Coordinator, you’ll be the central point for product-related communications and processes across Rip Curl’s global network. You’ll work closely with the GM of Product and Heads of Product to drive efficiency, support strategic initiatives, and manage key tools and calendars that underpin our seasonal product cycles.
Key Responsibilities

Product Coordination

• Act as the go-to contact for product-related projects and deadlines across departments.
• Support Heads of Product with global initiatives and provide administrative coordination.
• Manage global product meetings, catalogues, and sampling processes.
• Collate seasonal SMS orders and assist with overflow tasks as needed.
• Ensure clear and consistent communication with product teams globally.

Global Communications

• Liaise with international regions to resolve product queries and ensure clarity during range development.
• Share timely and accurate information across all product divisions.

PLM & Systems Support

• Serve as the Andromeda Super User for administrative tasks including season setup, cost sheets, and data cleansing.
• Align product terminology and attributes across regions.

Range Development Calendar Management

• Drive the creation and maintenance of seasonal calendars using Smartsheets.
• Manage deadline updates, reporting, and user support.
• Communicate calendar changes to relevant departments.

Executive Support

• Provide executive assistance to the GM of Product including calendar coordination, expense coding, and travel arrangements.
• Support global initiatives and stakeholder communications.

Qualifications & Experience

• Previous experience in a similar administrative or coordination role.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Desirable

• Exposure to global retail environments.
• Experience with Andromeda and Smartsheets.
