Description du poste **Il s'agit d'un contrat de 12 mois** Nous recherchons un·e Planificateur·trice principal·e de marchandises expérimenté·e et dynamique pour piloter l'exécution stratégique du département en élaborant des plans d'affaires complets visant à atteindre les indicateurs de performance clés. Ce rôle de leadership assure la cohérence de la planification, fournit un soutien analytique approfondi pour une prise de décision éclairée et développe des stratégies pour maximiser les ventes, la marge et la rotation des stocks. La personne retenue gérera un petit portefeuille de marques de grande valeur et supervisera une petite équipe de subordonnés directs, y compris la gestion de leur performance et de leur développement professionnel. Ce que vous ferez : Planification stratégique des marchandises : Assurer la cohérence des activités de planification, maintenir les plans pour le portefeuille de marques, analyser proactivement les écarts et identifier les opportunités/risques. Développement du personnel : Créer et gérer les programmes de formation pour les nouvelles recrues, y compris le contenu et la documentation, et assurer le mentorat pour un développement rapide des compétences. Qualifications Baccalauréat en Finance, Administration des affaires, ou un domaine connexe. 5 à 8 ans d'expérience en planification de marchandises, de préférence dans le secteur du commerce de détail ou du commerce électronique. Compétences avancées dans l'utilisation de Microsoft Excel. Connaissance de Tableau, un atout. Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et verbale en français et en anglais.
