Préparer le contenu et les supports de communication pour soutenir les activités de recrutement et de développement des affaires de l'entreprise. Maintenir à jour le site web de l'entreprise Mettre en place des activités de recrutement-marketing auprès du public afin de faciliter l'acquisition de talents. Initier des activités de développement d'affaires auprès des prospects /clients de l'entreprise. Assurer la qualité des documents corporatifs et s'assurer du respect de la charte graphique de l'entreprise. Former , sensibiliser l'ensemble de l'organisation à l'importance de l'image de marque et contribuer à l'adoption de la marque TEHORA Procéder à l’analyse des appels d’offres et compiler les exigences à rencontrer pour assurer la conformité de l’offre de service au moment du dépôt Planifier le montage de l’offre de service avec les ingénieurs responsables (contenu, format, caractère spécifique, échéancier de production, etc. Produire les documents requis pour la saisie des textes provenant des ingénieurs responsables et effectuer la correction (grammaticale et orthographique) des documents requis. Procéder à la recherche de fiches de projet pertinentes à l’offre de service en cours. Monter les organigrammes contenus dans l’offre de service, produire la page couverture et autres documents graphiques contenus dans l’offre de service, Faire approuver l’ensemble de ces documents par le responsable du projet. Effectuer le montage final de l’offre de service et produire le nombre de copies requises. S’assurer de la livraison de l’offre de service dans les délais requis. Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe jugée pertinente dans le cadre du poste.
