Responsibilities
  • Conduct land administration in accordance with applicable laws, regulations and standards
  • Ensure accuracy of documents as requested and required
  • Open files on LandTraxx
  • Set-up LandSolutions hard files and provide appropriate checklists
  • Conduct all appropriate searches (Title, CLR, coal, historical)
  • Prepare all appropriate documentation under the guidance of the Senior Surface Land Administrator/Team Lead/Land Manager
  • Prepare field files for Land Agents and insert appropriate and accurate checklists and chronologies
  • Photocopy and arrange to have final packages delivered to clients
  • Other duties as assigned by the Team Lead/Land Manager
